Delete Account

DishGroove · OK Kenzo Innovatives Ltd

You can request deletion of your DishGroove account and associated data here, even if you have uninstalled the app.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email info@okkenzoinnovatives.com.
  2. Use the subject Delete my DishGroove account.
  3. Send from your registered email address where possible, and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that address, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify ownership.

Email a deletion request

This button opens your email app. Review and send the message to submit your request. If no email app opens, copy the address into your preferred email service. Do not include your password. You do not need to reinstall DishGroove or sign in on this website.

What happens next?

Requests are handled manually. We may verify that you own the account before deleting it. We will reply about your request and confirm when deletion is complete. Sending a request does not immediately delete your account.

Information covered by your request

Your request covers your sign-in account, profile and cooking preferences, cloud-saved recipes and cooking progress, and associated community posts, uploaded photos, comments, likes, ratings and reviews. Completed deletion removes access to the account and its cloud-saved data.

Retention and local copies

Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or fraud prevention. If an exception applies, we will explain what is retained, why and for how long. Provider logs and backups may remain until their applicable retention cycles expire.

Deleting cloud data does not erase local copies on your devices or copies other people have already saved. Signing out, uninstalling the app or resetting local progress does not itself delete your cloud account. You may clear locally stored app data using your device settings.

You can also email us to request deletion of particular information without deleting the entire account; specify what you want removed.
